Inner Packaging Materials

Packaging fillers and internal materials are essential elements to ensure the safety, stability and aesthetic presentation of a product during transport or gifting. These sealing products help protect sensitive, fragile or valuable items from impact, movement or damage inside the package.

In addition to functionality, the materials used inside the packaging also help to create an aesthetic impression – for example, coloured paper shavings or kraft straws give a luxurious feel and enhance the product image. All fillers are manufactured with care and can be integrated into custom-designed packaging. 

Packaging fillers and internal materials are primarily intended for the protection and visual presentation of products in packaging. It is used in applications ranging from corporate gifts and cosmetics to electronics, food and art. For example, corrugated cardboard liners are ideal for stability when transporting heavy or sharp objects, foam liners protect fragile electronics, and paper shavings create an aesthetic impression in packaging for handicrafts or collector's gifts.

These internal materials allow you to organise the contents of your packaging, keep products in place and protect them from external influences. This is especially important when sending products by courier – the stable interior significantly reduces the risk of damage. 

Corrugated board liners and partitions – robust, structured materials for product containment and separation. They are characterised by their resistance to pressure.

Paper shavings/straws – decorative yet protective fillers. Used in gift, cosmetic or collectible packaging.

Foam liner – a soft, shock-absorbing liner to protect fragile, sensitive or precious products (electronics, glass, handmade objects). Can be cut to the shape of the object.

Kraft paper (crumpled or in sheets) – the natural and eco-friendly choice. Sheets are used to wrap the product, while crumpled paper is used as a filler.
