A design file is required for printing. What are the available options?

1. I will upload the design ready for print

This option is suitable for you if you already have a fully prepared design file and want to submit it. Once the files are uploaded, the verification tool will inform you if the file meets all the printing requirements. If errors are detected, most of them can be corrected with just a few clicks. If everything meets the requirements, you can attach the files to the product and submit them to the press.

2. I will use the design tool

If you don't have a design ready yet, but you have a vision of how you want it to look like, select this feature and you will be able to create the visual you want yourself. Clicking this option will take you to the design tool with a blank page, where you can create your own design using the various features the tool provides. This option is also useful if you have a design that you want to enhance with additional elements - by opening the design tool and uploading your design as an image, you will be able to enrich it with new texts, shapes or other elements.

3. I will use a design template

If you don't have a design ready yet, and you're not interested in creating from scratch, you have the opportunity to use our library of design templates. By clicking on this option, you can choose from a wide variety of templates based on the most popular design styles and innovations. Once you have chosen a template you like, you can edit it to your liking and create the design you want quickly and easily.

4. I will book a design and layout service

If you don't have the design files at the time of ordering your print products, you can order the design and layout service from us. Our designers will help you create an attractive, clear and aesthetic look for your print product that meets your objectives. A member of our team will contact you within 4 working hours of placing your design and layout order. Please note that the delivery date will be delayed by the number of working days it takes us to prepare the design of the print product.

How can I find out the price of my print product?

The price is calculated automatically according to your choices of product, paper or other material, product size, quantity, delivery date and additional services. Simply select the options you want and you will see the price immediately, before you place your order.

 Please note that only after you have ticked all the required options will you see the final price of the product.

When will I receive my printed product?

This is your choice! Just select the delivery date that suits you best in the matrix of delivery dates and quantities ordered.>

Ordered print products are delivered to parcel lockers and by courier throughout Lithuania. We can deliver a single order to a single location or we can distribute the contents of the order in separate products to different addresses. How does it work? Create as many different addresses as you like in your user account and split your order in the way that suits you best. We and our logistics partners will take care of the rest.

In the matrix of prices and delivery dates, you can immediately see the delivery date of your planned order. If there are different products with different lead times in the same order, the longest total lead time will be displayed. It is therefore recommended to place two separate orders in order to receive some products faster than others.

If you order a design and layout service with your print product, the delivery date will be delayed by the number of working days it takes us to prepare the design for the print product.

Design files are automatically checked before production – the system alerts you if there is a lack of resolution, margins or other important printing requirements. Each order is produced in a way that is tailored to it, ensuring accuracy, colour vibrancy and aesthetic results.

What is FSC®?

FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) is an international non-profit organisation that helps ensure responsible forest management and stewardship. FSC® standards are designed to use the world's forest resources in an environmentally sound, socially beneficial and economically viable manner.

What does the FSC® label on a product catalogue mean?
The FSC® label means that certain base materials in the product are sourced from responsibly managed, FSC® certified forests. 

What does the FSC&reg label on the material in the product configurator mean?
That a particular material is FSC® certified.

What is the proof that the products are made from FSC&reg certified material?
When you place an order, you will see the following entry on the invoice for the specific product: FSC® Mix Credit.Sert.nr. BV-COC-173775. This is confirmation that the FSC® chain has been maintained.

Will the printed products themselves bear the FSC® label?
No. The fact that the products have been made from FSC® certified materials and that the chain of custody has been maintained will be stated on the invoice. In order to have the FSC® label on the printed products themselves, this must be agreed in advance before placing the order. This is a separate process and may incur additional charges.
